Frequently asked questions
How long does the battery last before needing recharge?
The built‑in 1500 mAh battery typically powers motion‑sensor mode for several weeks of average use and recharges via USB in just a couple hours.
Can I install it myself without an electrician?
Yes — the unit uses a magnetic mount or adhesive metal plate and requires no wiring, screws or tools for installation.
Will it turn on in daylight or only in dark?
The sensor is optimized for low‑light activation; it triggers motion when ambient light is dim, so it won't turn on in bright daylight unless the setting is changed.
How to use
- Clean the mounting surface and peel the adhesive metal plate or align the magnetic base under the cabinet.
- Attach the light unit magnetically or via plate and ensure battery is charged via USB‑C.
