2. Timelines for Fulfillment and Transit

  • Anticipated Delivery: 8–12 business days following shipment.

  • Daily Deadline: 12:00 PM (EST).

 Estimated total: approximately 9-15 business days from the date of purchase.

To maintain efficiency and ensure consistent service, some products may be fulfilled from our European facility based on current stock levels.

Please note that arrival dates are estimates; actual delivery may be influenced by courier workloads, environmental factors, or regional logistics issues.


3. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 6:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, are eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.


4. Duties and Import Taxes

Shipments originating from China or our US warehouse may be subject to import duties or customs fees as per U.S. law. The payment of such charges, should they occur, is the customer’s obligation.


5. Modifying Your Delivery Address

You have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request a change to your shipping address. Once the fulfillment process is complete and the item has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the destination.


6. Canceling an Order

Requests for cancellation are accepted only prior to dispatch. After the package has left our facility, the order cannot be canceled. However, you may still initiate a return by following the guidelines in our Refund Policy.
