Standing Today, Seated Tomorrow — Same Poster
You already know you should move more. That was never the problem.
The problem was the DVD you stopped playing, the app you stopped opening, the class you stopped driving to.
Steadwell hangs on your wall, showing every Tai Chi movement standing and seated — so a stiff day doesn't end your streak.
No screen. No press play. You walk past it, and you start.
Paper Chart, Printed Large Enough To Follow From Your Practice Spot, Not Squint At
✓ No remembering, no pressing play
It's already on the wall. You see it, you do it. That's the whole system — no device, no login, no 4-minute intro before the first move.
✓ A stiff day won't end your streak
Every movement is shown two ways: standing and seated. Feeling good, stand. Feeling tight, sit down. You keep going either way, and you never have to quit and start over.
✓ Nothing to set up, ever
It arrives ready. Hang it, and it works from day one. No batteries, no subscription, no updates, nothing to manage.
✓ Movement that fits your actual body
Tai Chi is slow and low-impact by design. Nothing jarring, nothing you need to be limber for. Just steady, controlled movement you can do in the space between the couch and the coffee table.

Frequently asked questions
Where should I hang it?
Somewhere you already walk past daily — a hallway, the bedroom, beside the kitchen door. The point is that you see it without looking for it. Leave enough clear floor in front for arm movement.
Is this a good gift for a parent?
Yes, and it reads as encouragement rather than a comment on their age. It looks like a calm wall chart, not a medical aid. Many people hang one for themselves after buying one for a parent.
Do I need any equipment?
No. Tai Chi uses your own body weight only. Comfortable clothes and a bit of clear floor space are all you need.
How is it packaged?
It ships rolled in protective packaging to keep the paper flat and undamaged. Unroll it and hang it however suits your wall.
How to use
- Step 1: Hang the chart at eye level in a spot you pass every day, with clear floor in front of it.
- Step 2: Start with the first two or three movements only. Spend 1-2 minutes on each, moving slowly.
- Step 3: Choose the standing or seated version based on how your body feels that day. Both count.
- Step 4: Add one new movement each week until you're flowing through the full sequence.
